The Bulles Noires cuvée is a 'blanc de noirs' (100% Pinot Noir) that pays hommage to the tradition of the northern slope of the Grande Montagne de Reims. Manual harvesting, pressing of the whole grape, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in vats, and ageing in traditional chalk tunnels (crayères). It is the unique expression of the exposure and the soil, classified as Grand Cru, of the Reims mountain range.Tasting secrets : Visual Description : Straw yellow colour. Olfactory Description : Deep nose of expressive fruity aromas (citrus, dried fruits). Gustatory Description : A vinous, full-bodied style, coated in the freshness in which the fruit is rediscovered.A structured and perfumed Champagne, which will serve well as an aperitif or with food. Champagne should be served chilled but not ice cold (8°).
