Delicate dry-fruit flavours, honey, vanilla and brioche leave us dreaming... Aromas of toasted nuts, and toasted flavours sustained by an amplitude and concentration that make it an exceptional product! Refined wine. Food and wine pairing: This wine will go perfectly with a scallop gratin, white meat in sauce, and cheese (particularly Roquefort).
