This cuvée goes well with meats and many dishes: duck breast with pepper, cassoulet de Castelnaudary, duck aiguillettes with hazelnuts and cocoa, Vitelotte purée, duck brochettes with Sichuan pepper and roasted beet with cocoa, skewer of onglet with chilli pepper and fennel, lightly spiced polenta, duck breast with strong juice, Timanoix cheese.
