We are the fifth generation to share our passion on our family estate located in the heart of the Cru Viré-Clessé. ORGANIC PRODUCTION TO UNVEIL OUR TERROIRS This philosophy is demonstrated by the search for balanced, living soil. The vine, nourished by this soil, produces an excellent grape. In the winery, we know how to keep things understated and leave the wine the time to express itself. The authenticity of our work allows our different varieties to unveil all the richness of the terroirs. We chose to convert to organic production in 2006. In 2009, we obtained organic certification. Our vines are maintained using ploughing techniques and controlled plant coverage. We limit the use of sulphur and copper, giving the plant back its natural defences.
