A pampered star! From our old vines comes the most beautiful of clusters, formerly dried on a bed of straw. The name of this cuvée bears witness to this method. They are now left to dry on the vine until February on riddles that allow for 80& deydration. You need no less than 100kg of grapes to make 12 litres of must. After very slow fermentation, the wine ages in barrels for 3 years.Serve cool as an aperitif. Sublime with foie gras or chocolate desserts.
