Manual harvesting of Chenin, partially reached noble rot, aged for 6 to 8 months in vats.It's our main Coteaux du Layon cuvée. Here we seek a mellow wine, full of freshness and finesse, with a light sweetness and a tonic palate. Drink it relatively young to maintain its fruity character as an aperitif, or with white meats or fish in cream sauce, sweet-savour dishes and blue cheeses.
