Brouilly Baronne

This Brouilly 2013 is more complex and structured than a classic Brouilly and is really a gastronomic wine. To enjoy at ambient temperature with tender red meats (rib steak, breast meat) with game birds (goose, guinea fowl) and with offal (veal sweetbread, kidneys, veal liver). You'll discover a powerful nose with black fruits, cherries, blueberries and blackcurrant. The Brouilly "Baronne" has tonicity thanks to an acidity full of freshness, and a supple attack, more marked spicy notes mid-palate and good length. The complexity of this cuvée makes it a generous and taut wine at the same time.
