The family adventure began in 1964 and has continued for three generations. The keys to the estate were entrusted to Frederic Danflous: since 2018, he has taken up the torch and does everything to offer a wine of character. The harvest is done by hand, to select the best bunches and preserve the quality of the fruit. Respecting the environment and the terroir, all treatments are reasoned and the viticultural practices are certified HVE (High Environmental Value). The wine is a blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%).

The harvest is done by hand, to select the best bunches and preserve the quality of the fruit; fermentation takes place in barrels. Respecting the environment and the terroir, all treatments are reasoned and the estate is certified High Environmental Value (HVE). A human-scale property of about 4 hectares, for a production of about 50 hectolitres per year.
