The estate's signature. This organic Provence rose reveals aromas of fresh fruit and delicate spices, with an elegant mineral finish. Fermentation between 16 and 18 degrees and ageing on lees to preserve freshness and texture.

AOP Côtes de Provence, white - 100% Rolle, organic

The expression of Rolle: a Provence white with notes of Menton lemon, white flowers and white pepper, with ageing on fine lees that brings a silky mouthfeel.

Rouge Ultimate Provence

AOP Côtes de Provence, red - Syrah 80%, Cabernet-Sauvignon 20%, organic

Intensity and modernity. This red reveals aromas of plum, blackberry and grey pepper, with melted tannins and a fine structure thanks to partial barrel ageing.
