A diversity of grapes, white and red
The grape mix is diverse: the estate grows several emblematic grapes of the southern Rhône Valley and of Provence.
White grapes: Viognier, Grenache and Clairette.
Red grapes: Marselan, Syrah, Cinsault, Merlot and Caladoc.
Chokri Ghaya's credo is to produce quality cuvées while respecting nature, the environment and the land of our ancestors.
An organic, eco-designed and gravity-fed estate
The estate's commitment shows at every step: certified in organic farming (AB label), Terre de Ghaya has built an eco-designed cellar with environmental aims and installed rainwater recovery tanks.
In the cellar, the winemaking is done by gravity, without pumps: a gentle process that preserves the integrity of the grapes and the wine. The Gravité cuvée bears its name.
