A new era for Maison Freudenreich Robert & Fils
Between Colmar and Rouffach, in the heart of the charming village of Pfaffenheim, Maison Freudenreich Robert & Fils perpetuates an Alsatian winemaking tradition dating back to 1730. On a 7-hectare vineyard, the family cultivates its vines using traditional methods, with ploughed soils and ageing in oak barrels, emblems of the family's know-how for almost three centuries.
Handed down from generation to generation, the estate was taken over in 1992 by Christophe Freudenreich, son of Robert, who has combined heritage and innovation. By preserving ancestral methods, he has enriched the range with exceptional cuvées such as vendanges tardives and sélections de Grains Nobles, emblematic signatures of the finest Alsace wines.
This alliance between tradition and modernity today offers a palette of authentic, expressive wines that appeal to enlightened amateurs and demanding enthusiasts alike. Each bottle tells the story of a unique terroir and a family committed to quality.
