An adventure born from a shared passion for wine. In 2016, Jean-Marc Pottiez, drawing on his extensive experience in the wine and marketing world, founded nRm Millésimes in the Rhône Valley. He teamed up with renowned taster Romain Duvernay, deeply rooted in this emblematic region of the French wine landscape. Together, they created an ambitious venture aimed at promoting exceptional estates committed to organic or sustainable viticulture.

Recognized expertise in the service of quality

Former head of major Champagne houses such as Nicolas Feuillatte and Jacquart, and creator of the Fortant de France brand, Jean-Marc Pottiez brings his strategic know-how to this committed project. Meanwhile, Romain Duvernay, a true connoisseur of Rhône Valley terroirs, contributes his refined palate and oenological precision to each selected cuvée. Their shared ambition: to offer authentic wines, true to their terroir, regularly awarded in international competitions (Decanter, Wine Advocate, Wine & Spirits Magazine…), and praised by top critics such as Robert Parker, Jancis Robinson, and Michel Bettane.

A house focused on excellence and sustainability

nRm Millésimes stands out for its rigorous selection of wine estates, with a strong focus on vineyards certified organic or High Environmental Value (HVE). Increasingly, sulfite-free cuvées are joining the Romain Duvernay and Romain Duvernay Domaines ranges, responding to a growing demand for healthier, more eco-conscious wines. Each wine results from close collaboration between the growers and the House’s team. Romain Duvernay oversees blending, advises producers, and ensures that each grape variety retains its aromatic identity while highlighting the unique characteristics of every terroir.

Stretching from Vienne to Avignon, the Rhône Valley is the third-largest wine region in France, with over 75,000 hectares of vineyards.
