Olivier Fleury's vineyards extend over a wide range of renowned appellations: Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, Loupiac, Barsac, Sauternes, but also Cadillac Cotes-de-Bordeaux, Bordeaux Superieur, Bordeaux dry white, Bordeaux rose and Cremant de Bordeaux.

Chateau du Pavillon - An emblematic terroir of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont

Dating from the 18th century, Chateau du Pavillon overlooks the slopes of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and offers a spectacular view of the Garonne. The vineyard rests on gravel and clay-limestone soils, enriched with oyster fossils, a true geological signature of the appellation.

The full-south exposure, combined with a steep relief, favours aromatic concentration and the development of noble botrytis, essential to the making of great sweet wines. The Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grapes express finesse, richness and remarkable ageing potential.
