A Respectful Viticultural Approach

My estate, "Le Jardin Super," is located in Treilles, Aude, in the maritime Corbières region, just 10 km from the sea and at an elevation of 200 meters in a quiet village. I cultivate old vines of Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah. The geology of the vineyard is complex, with limestone, schist, and volcanic stone present.

I manage 2 hectares of old vines, primarily using massal selection. I do not work the soil but instead nourish it through annual mowing and allowing for significant ground cover. While my yields are low, my goal is to minimize intervention and focus on producing high-quality juice.
