Today, Domaine La Cavale covers 41 hectares of vineyards planted exclusively on hillsides, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, between Lourmarin, Cucuron, Vaugines and Cadenet. Here, the vines breathe, gain altitude and draw their energy from living soils, swept by the winds and bathed in light.

Petite Cavale :Accessible, generous and precise wines, perfect for everyday dining. Clean fruit, a fluid palate and immediate balance.

La Cavale : The heart cuvée of the estate. Pleasure-driven wines, more structured and more complex, faithfully expressing the identity of the Luberon terroirs.

BLANC :A confidential micro-cuvée from a single parcel in Cadenet. Here, Vermentino reveals its full nobility: a pure, contemporary, taut and elegant white wine with genuine ageing potential. A wine without artifice, straight and almost mineral in expression.

A pioneer of wine tourism in Provence

Today, the estate welcomes an exceptional wine tourism center designed by architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. This contemporary building, perfectly integrated into the Luberon landscape, houses:

a 500 m² boutique

a curated selection of wines from around the world, spirits, gourmet products, glassware, books and wine accessories

The transformation of the estate relied on high-level expertise:

This approach led to organic certification, with a clear ambition: preserve the land, pass on a living vineyard and produce sincere wines true to their origin.

Since 2018, Thierry Mueth, son-in-law of Paul Dubrule, has continued this family vision with rigor and modernity.
