Along the Loire, where the mists unravel at daybreak, an estate unlike any other was born. In the mid-2000s, Joost and Miguela decided to devote their lives to a single grape: Sauvignon Blanc. Their ambition is at once simple and bold: to travel the Loire terroirs to reveal every nuance, from the most crystalline to the most profound. From the Cher to the slopes of the Sancerrois, from Centre-Loire to Touraine, each plot is chosen like a chapter to write a great work.

A vineyard like a journey along the Loire
From the lands of the Cher to the slopes of the Sancerrois, from Centre-Loire to Touraine, the estate chooses its plots as one selects chapters to write a great work. Everywhere, a single thread: Sauvignon Blanc. Through it, each terroir offers an accent, an energy, a different light. Perruche bournais of Touraine, sparkling flint of Pouilly-Fume, limestones and marls of the Sancerrois, gravelly terraces and sandy soils of the Loire appellations: this diversity becomes a palette of aromas, from citrus, white flowers, warm stone, white pepper, crisp fruit to saline tension.
