Tour Saint Michel Estate, founded in 1930 by Michel Fabre, is a family story. Michel acquired the first vines, and his son Henri, along with his wife Eliane, expanded and developed the estate. Today, 55 hectares, including 30 in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, are cultivated. Since 2007, Mireille has carried on the tradition while adding a modern touch. Her daughters, Magali and Mélanie, joined her in 2018 and 2023 to continue this beautiful journey.

All wines at Domaine Tour Saint Michel are AOC Châteauneuf-du-Pape, sourced from the sunniest part of the appellation. Mireille selects 6 of the 13 approved grape varieties for her wines: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Clairette. Sustainability is a key priority for her, with integrated viticulture practices, no chemical weedkillers, and the use of ploughing to maintain soil health. Domaine Tour Saint Michel is committed to honoring its grapes, wines, and the environment. These wines express a strong identity, crafted with the dedication of a passionate woman.
