The Domaine Passot spans 12 hectares in the heart of the Beaujolais crus, nestled in Chiroubles between Lyon and Mâcon. Dominique and Rémy Passot acquired part of the estate in 2014, after managing it for 25 years. In 2018, their children Félix and Simon joined the family business to continue the tradition.

This family-owned vineyard produces wines from four renowned Beaujolais crus—Chiroubles, Fleurie, Morgon, and Régnié—along with some "Hors-Séries" cuvées. Since the beginning of 2020, the estate has been certified as HVE (High Environmental Value), reflecting its commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
