A story of passion passed down for eight generations
Jean-Marie, heir to a line of 8 generations of winegrowers in Conques-sur-Orbiel, and Béatrice, from a family of winegrowers for three generations in Caunes-Minervois, joined forces to create their own winery in 2003. Very quickly, their children Nans and Jason joined the adventure, bringing new energy and ensuring the estate's continuity.
Today, Parazols-Bertrou is an estate where the experience of the elders and the creativity of the new generation come together to produce singular wines.
A recognised environmental commitment
Since 2018, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value (HVE), the most demanding level of environmental certification for farms. This recognition rewards their work in favour of biodiversity, a reasoned management of soils and water, and a viticulture respectful of nature.
