Domaine Les Terres de Mallyce

In 2006, Corinne and Yvon Soto settled in Rasigueres, a small perched village of the Fenouilledes, in the Pyrenees-Orientales. A singular territory, on the border of Mediterranean and mountain influences, where the vine evolves in a demanding, luminous and deeply alive environment. From their arrival, a decision imposed itself naturally: to convert the vineyard to organic farming, an approach begun in 2007. Here, organic is not a trend, but a founding foundation.

At Les Terres de Mallyce, the vine is never rushed: it is observed, understood and accompanied. Each plot is worked in respect of its rhythm, its soil and its exposure. Interventions are limited to the essential, always designed to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard.
