A Heritage of Winemaking Excellence

The tradition of winemaking at Domaine Girard dates back to 1529, when Jean Girard began cultivating vines in Savigny les Beaune. Today, Jean-Jacques Girard and his children continue this legacy, managing an 18-hectare estate spread across prestigious Burgundy communes including Savigny les Beaune, Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe Corton, Volnay, Pommard, and Beaune.

Commitment to Sustainable Practices

The Domaine is proud to hold the "Haute Valeur Environnementale" (HVE) certification, which highlights our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship. This certification encourages responsible viticulture and the protection of biodiversity. By blending traditional expertise with modern techniques, the estate produces approximately 100,000 bottles each year, ensuring both quality and sustainability.
