At Domaine de Pelissols, wine is not a technical construction: it is a relationship, between a land, a winegrower and time. Set in Bedarieux, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, the estate has made organic wines since 2015 and goes even further with natural wines, with no added sulphites.

A sincere, committed vision of wine
After travelling through many vineyards around the world, the winegrower makes a strong choice: to return home. Not out of nostalgia, but out of conviction. In Bedarieux, all the conditions are met to produce wines of character: living, often schistous and complex soils, a beneficial altitude, temperature swings that preserve freshness and balance, and a preserved natural environment. Here, the terroir is not a backdrop: it is the key, and the role of the winegrower is to understand it, never to mask it.
