The family tradition, for five generations

A family property for five generations, Domaine de Pecoulas embodies the passion and expertise passed down over time. Today, Jacques Eldin and his son Laurent ensure the continuity of this heritage. Together, they oversee the running of the vineyard, the winemaking and the ageing of the wines, in total respect for nature and the Ardeche tradition.

The quality of the work rests on demanding choices: green harvesting, which deliberately limits yields, makes it possible to concentrate the aromas and to obtain balanced and elegant wines. Their philosophy is simple: to produce sincere wines, reflections of a living terroir and a committed family.

The noble grapes of Ardeche

The richness of Domaine de Pecoulas is reflected in a varied range of single-grape wines and blended cuvees, all from expressive terroirs. The estate grows a wide range of varieties:

Syrah, Merlot and Grenache blanc, pillars of the estate's red and white blends.

Chardonnay, Clairette and Viognier, for aromatic, round and fragrant whites.

Sauvignon, for the liveliness and freshness of the whites.

Each finds its place according to the nature of the soil and its exposure, revealing distinct and harmonious aromatic profiles.
