A family estate of the Jura, in Nevy-sur-Seille, at the foot of Château-Chalon. 6.5 hectares founded in 2003 by Jean-Pierre and Guillaume Tissot (8th generation), converting to organic (first vintage 2024). Anchored at the foot of the majestic Château-Chalon site, Domaine de Lahaye extends over 6.5 hectares of light-bathed vines. Founded in 2003 by Jean-Pierre and Guillaume Tissot, father and son, this estate continues a long line of winegrowers in love with their terroir. Since the first parcels cultivated in Nevy-sur-Seille by Jean-Pierre in 1975, each generation has known how to evolve tradition without ever betraying it.
A sustainable viticulture turned towards the future
Respect for the vine and the environment guides each of the estate's gestures. The amendments are exclusively natural and carefully dosed to preserve the life of the soils. Guillaume Tissot, representative of the 8th generation of winegrowers, has undertaken the organic conversion of the vineyard, with a first certified organic vintage planned for 2024. Here, each cluster is the reflection of a simple philosophy: to produce authentic wines capable of expressing all the truth of the Jura terroir.
