A family wine estate in Chinon, at the heart of the Loire Valley. The first vine was planted in 1936 by my grandfather, the year the controlled designation of origin was established, then my father planted vines over some thirty years on tough soils well suited to the vine. The wines I produce, from the Cabernet Franc grape, are the result of a selection of terroir and vine age. In each of the typicities of the cuvees, our terroirs are selected and vinified separately to obtain wines of character.

The vineyard is certified High Environmental Value level 3: grass cover and soil work, establishment of biodiversity in the vineyard, biocontrol treatments. An essential choice to best respect our environment and the wines that come from it. The estate, entirely on hillsides and ageing, brings together all the criteria of a Chinon of great expression.
