A strong commitment to sustainable viticulture
True to his convictions, Jean-Charles progressively converted the estate to organic farming, now Ecocert certified. Since 2018, he has explored biodynamics to strengthen the vital energy of the soils and plants. No chemical weedkiller or synthetic input is used: nature alone guides the daily gestures, respecting biological balances.
Wines raised as close as possible to the living
Winemaking is done without added yeasts, in terracotta jars, with patience and precision. Each cuvee is crafted in tune with the lunar calendar, to preserve the full identity of the grape and reveal the purity of the fruit. Domaine de Garbelle thus offers natural, digestible and expressive wines.
A collection of free, generous cuvees
On the rose side, the estate signs Il Fallait'Rose, spontaneous and lively, perfect for simple moments of sharing, and Le Rose des Copains, generous and fruity. In white, Le Blanc des Copains blends Clairette, Vermentino (Rolle) and Grenache blanc. In red, Le Rouge des Copains (Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault) charms with its suppleness, while Come Prima and Les Barriques de Garbelle, aged in barrels, reveal the nobility of artisan work.
