In the heart of Burgundy, in Change (21340), Domaine Claude Nouveau carefully cultivates 17 hectares of vineyards spread between the Hautes Côtes de Beaune and the prestigious Côte de Beaune.

Here, 70% red wines and 30% white wines express the full nobility of Burgundy’s terroirs.

Our ambition has always been simple:produce less, but produce right.

Since September 2021, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value Level 3 (HVE), officially recognizing its commitment to sustainable viticulture.
