A Winemaking Heritage Rooted in Gaillac. Nestled for over a century in the Gaillac region, Domaine de Canto Perlic stretches across 8 hectares and passionately cultivates 10 unique grape varieties. This family-run vineyard, led by Anita and Anthony, reflects both the richness of a historic terroir and a modern vision of viticulture. Located just 45 minutes from Toulouse, it belongs to one of the oldest winegrowing regions in France, where the Romans planted vines as early as the 1st century.

Organic and Sustainable Viticulture

Committed to environmental respect, Anita and Anthony converted the vineyard to organic farming (certified in 2023). Their philosophy is based on:

• The use of natural fertilizers, with no chemical products,
• Regenerative farming to capture CO2 and restore soils,
• Practices inspired by permaculture to preserve biodiversity,
• Waste reduction and water preservation thanks to recovery and composting systems.

This approach results in authentic wines that respect the terroir while looking to the future.

The Richness of Gaillac Grape Varieties

The estate highlights native grape varieties (Braucol, Duras, Mauzac, Loin de l’Œil, Muscadelle) and combines them with recognized varieties such as Syrah, Gamay, and Sauvignon Blanc. This diversity, along with micro-vinifications, allows the production of over 20 wine styles, ranging from refined single-varietals to bold blends.

Each wine expresses the identity of an exceptional terroir: power, elegance, freshness, and a wide aromatic palette.
