Based in Saint-Leger-des-Bois, a stone's throw from Angers, the Distillerie de l'Anjou draws its identity from the roots and riches of the Anjou terroir. Passionate about their region and its authentic flavours, the artisans founded their workshop here. Trained in Brittany in distillation techniques and the mastery of aromatic plants, they put this know-how at the service of original creations, between respect for traditions and innovation.

The spirits are made exclusively from ingredients grown organically. The distillery has voluntarily declined the organic certification label, whose requirements only impose a 95% threshold of certified ingredients: it guarantees on its side a 100% organic composition, without compromise, favouring short supply chains and partnerships with the region's artisans.
