Located in Saint-Léger-des-Bois, just a stone’s throw from Angers, Distillerie de l’Anjou draws its identity from the roots and riches of the Anjou terroir. Passionate about our region and its authentic flavors, it was natural for us to establish our artisanal workshop here.

Trained in Brittany in distillation techniques and the mastery of aromatic plants, we put this expertise to work creating original spirits with no limits to imagination. Each recipe is crafted with care, balancing respect for tradition and innovation.

Gin, Vodka, malt water… All our beverages are hand-distilled in a traditional copper still. This choice of a slow, ancestral process without any artifices reflects our commitment to producing high-quality spirits, just like in the old days. Every step is carefully executed with a 100% artisanal approach.

100% Organic, Local, and Responsible Spirits

Our spirits are made exclusively from ingredients sourced from organic farming. We carefully select raw materials by favoring short supply chains and direct partnerships, supporting the local economy and reducing our environmental impact.

We have deliberately chosen not to obtain official organic certification, as it only requires 95% certified agricultural ingredients. For our part, we guarantee a 100% organic composition, with no compromises.

The design of our labels pays tribute to the bottles of our grandparents, featuring a warm, retro style. True to our local roots, we entrusted their printing to a workshop located just a few kilometers from the distillery, thereby strengthening our partnerships with regional artisans.
