In the heart of the prestigious Saint-Émilion terroir, Clos Systey is a confidential 2-hectare vineyard born from the passion of an oenologist and a family dream: to produce an exceptional wine in harmony with nature.

Created in 2015 by renowned oenologist Sylvie Dulong and Stéphan Grawitz, Clos Systey quickly became a hidden gem of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation. Each vintage is crafted with deep respect for living ecosystems, with particular attention paid to biodiversity and the natural balance of the vineyard.

Since its creation, the estate has followed a demanding organic and biodynamic viticulture approach, aiming to reveal the finesse and elegance of this unique Bordeaux terroir.

The vineyard of Clos Systey is cultivated according to biodynamic principles, an approach that considers the vine as a living organism interacting with its environment.

This philosophy is based on careful observation of nature and respect for natural cycles. Vineyard work takes into account soil balance, biodiversity and the natural rhythms that influence vine growth.

This approach allows the grapes to reach outstanding quality while fully expressing the identity of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru terroir.

A new generation writing the next chapter

In 2025, Clos Systey celebrates an important milestone: its tenth vintage.

This moment also marks the beginning of a new chapter for the estate. Sylvie Dulong and Stéphan Grawitz have passed the project to a new generation of passionate winegrowers.

The estate is now run by Fanny Dulong and her husband Juan Moretti, who continue to develop the property while preserving the founding spirit of the project.

The Dulong family remains deeply involved in the estate:

Adrien Dulong, specialist in digital technologies, supporting the estate’s development
Sylvie Dulong, still present as consultant for winemaking and blending

Clos Systey Saint-Émilion Grand Cru: a rare and confidential wine

Produced in very limited quantities, the wine Clos Systey – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is the pure expression of the terroir and the meticulous work carried out both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

The blend is primarily composed of:

Merlot (80%) for roundness and depth
Cabernet Franc (15%) for freshness and elegance
Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) for structure and subtle spice notes

Aging in oak barrels adds complexity and refinement to the wine.

The result is a balanced, elegant and precise wine with aromas of ripe fruit, vibrant freshness and silky tannins typical of the finest Saint-Émilion Grand Cru wines.
