A Vineyard Rooted in Catalan Terroir. In Tresserre, south of Perpignan, Clos Mané carries on a family story spanning several generations. This 10-hectare estate, certified organic since 2007, benefits from a unique terroir located on the last foothills of the Canigou, in the heart of Les Aspres.

Under the Mediterranean sun, the emblematic grape varieties of Roussillon – Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Muscat, and Macabeu – fully express their typicity. Hand harvesting, meticulous sorting, and traditional winemaking ensure authentic wines, powerful and deeply marked by their Catalan origin.

A Rich and Diverse Range of Organic Wines

The estate offers wines that reflect the identity and diversity of Roussillon’s terroirs:

• Reds, whites, and rosés under IGP Côtes Catalanes: gourmet and accessible cuvées, ideal for sharing Catalan conviviality.
• Reds under AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages Les Aspres: more structured, deep, and elegant wines, perfect to pair with characterful dishes.
• Sweet natural wines under AOP Muscat de Rivesaltes and AOP Rivesaltes: true treasures of Catalan winemaking heritage, combining aromatic intensity and freshness.
• Organic grape juice 100% Syrah or Muscat (depending on vintage): a natural and delicious alternative, appreciated by both young and old.
