It is in Lesquerde, a small perched village of the Pyrénées-Orientales, that Clos des Constellations came to life. It all began when, visiting the village's former cooperative cellar, Sébastien and Julia fell in love with it. Sébastien was not yet a winegrower, but in his veins ran the memory of his grandfather, a winegrower in the Aspres, near Thuir, home of the famous Byrrh. This ancestral know-how, left dormant, rekindled at the contact of the vines and the land. Thus was born a confidential, family estate, where every gesture, every bunch, pays tribute to tradition and passion.

Pégase, a luminous, expressive rosé, evoking the Mediterranean sun and the freshness of the Catalan wind (aperitif, spicy dishes, red mullet). Persée, a delicate, balanced white, white flowers, dried fruit and fresh mushrooms (risottos, poultry, fish).

A Natural Sweet Wine, amber (Muscat de Rivesaltes), aged in French oak barrels according to the solera principle: honey, dried fruit and hazelnut. Ideal at the end of a meal (goat cheese, chocolate desserts, Catalan rousquilles). Also in a 5L Dame-Jeanne, to share.

An exceptional cuvee, a treasure found in a sealed vat during the cellar's renovation: this Rivesaltes Hors d'Âge is said to have been vinified before the Second World War. Of a rare aromatic richness, it evokes the living memory of the village and the wine.
