A Family Tradition Rooted in the Costières de Nîmes

Nestled in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes, in the southern Rhône Valley, Château Vessière stretches over 65 hectares of exceptional terroir and climate. Located on the doorstep of the Camargue, the estate has been cultivated by seven generations of winemakers. Since 2007, Vincent and Lucie Teulon have taken over the reins of the vineyard, following in the footsteps of Vincent's father, Philippe, who long managed the estate.

A Commitment to Biodynamics and Terroir Expression

Château Vessière was certified organic in 2011 and began its conversion to biodynamics in 2019, now producing wines under the DEMETER certification. The estate is deeply committed to sustainable practices, embracing biodynamics with natural methods of pest and disease control, energy self-sufficiency, and a reduction in inputs, especially sulfites. This philosophy is integral to producing wines that honor the environment and the land.

With the appellations of Costières de Nîmes and Pays d’Oc, Château Vessière is situated at the crossroads of Occitanie and Provence. The wines from the estate reflect a deep respect for tradition and nature, showcasing the unique terroir of the region.
