In 1991, Vincent Lataste took over the estate with a clear idea: to give back strength and coherence to the vineyard. He restructured the property into a continuous plot, worked as a complete and living ecosystem.
The choice of a grape mix mostly turned towards Merlot (80%) is no accident: this grape reveals here a velvety, fleshy and harmonious character, typical of the Graves.
