The essence of Lestrille can be summed up in two words: family heritage. This legacy encompasses unchanging values such as a deep connection to nature, the joy of fine things, hospitality, and sharing. Additionally, the know-how accumulated over more than a century is continually leveraged to enhance the quality of their wines, blending tradition with innovation.

For five generations, the family has passionately cultivated its terroir while continuously evolving. Located in the Entre-deux-Mers, they emphasize their natural environment with a commitment to quality and ongoing improvement.

On their 38 hectares of vineyards, located in Saint-Germain-du-Puch and Nérigean, they practice environmentally responsible agriculture, transitioning from sustainable practices to organic conversion, which began in 2020 and was certified in 2023. Their work includes nurturing four white grape varieties and three red grape varieties, all without the use of chemical herbicides.

From Sustainable Practices to Organic Conversion

Their commitment to preserving nature is also reflected in their partnership with the Bee Friendly association, earning their label in 2021. This certification attests to their sustainable practices and their dedication to protecting bees, ensuring they avoid any products that could harm them and allowing them to freely carry out their essential activities.
