Château La Martinette: The Soul of Provence’s Terroir

Nestled in the heart of the Var, Château La Martinette reveals itself within a landscape of extraordinary natural beauty. Cradled by the Argens River, which flows through the estate, our vineyard is one of the oldest in the region, continuously evolving to offer exceptional cuvées.

We work with the utmost dedication and commitment, practicing organic farming to bring out the full authenticity of our terroir in our wines, which proudly carry the Côtes de Provence appellation.

A Preserved Terroir for Exceptional Wines

Our 50 hectares of vineyards are protected by over 350 hectares of forests, olive groves, lavender fields, and terraced vineyards (restanques). This protected environment ensures the preservation of biodiversity, providing the ideal conditions for cultivating some of Provence’s finest wines.

The estate is home to all the traditional grape varieties of Provence, including:

  • Grenache
  • Syrah
  • Cinsaut
  • Rolle
  • Clairette
  • Mourvèdre
  • Cabernet Sauvignon

Additionally, we cultivate the rare and local Tibouren, a variety that adds a unique character to our wines. Each grape variety brings its own specific traits, contributing to the creation of cuvées that truly reflect the soul of our terroir.

Preserving Tradition, Embracing Innovation

Château La Martinette combines the richness of its heritage with a modern approach to winemaking, ensuring that each bottle is a reflection of Provence’s rich history and natural beauty
