Château La Baie de Lalo is a family wine estate located in the AOC Médoc appellation, in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard. This small 2-hectare vineyard is run by Denis and Laëtitia Puyssegur, passionate winegrowers who chose to produce authentic wines, respectful of the terroir and faithful to the Médoc tradition. In 2008, Denis acquired 1.20 hectares of vines, marking the birth of the estate.

Over the years, Denis and Laëtitia developed their vineyard while maintaining an artisanal, environmentally respectful approach. The estate grows the emblematic grapes of the Médoc, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, perfectly suited to the gravelly terroirs of the appellation; they make it possible to craft balanced, structured wines with a beautiful ageing potential. In the vineyard, no chemical weedkiller is used, in order to preserve the life of the soils and the natural expression of the terroir.

The year 2016 marked an important step with the production of the first vintage of Château La Baie de Lalo. This wine already reveals the estate's signature: a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, offering a balance between fruit, structure and elegance, typical of the great wines of the Médoc appellation. The estate produces approximately 12,500 bottles per year, which allows it to maintain meticulous work and a rigorous selection of the grapes.
