Located at the heart of the Saint-Estèphe appellation, in the prestigious Médoc, Château Haut Baron is a 15-hectare family wine estate. Founded by passionate winegrowers, the estate took off in 2008 with the creation of its own winemaking cellar, after more than 15 years of collaboration with the local cooperative cellar. Since 1989, the family has grown the vine with rigour and love of the terroir.

Since 1989, the family has grown the vine with rigour and love of the terroir. The year 2008 marked a turning point: the farmhouse was transformed into a modern cellar, giving birth to the Château Haut Baron signature, after more than 15 years of collaboration with the local cooperative cellar. In 2019, a new barrel cellar and a tasting room were created, offering a warm welcome to wine lovers. Each cuvee reflects the unique character of the region's clay-gravel soils and the estate's artisanal know-how.
