Château Graves d'Arthus - a family estate of Saint-Émilion, tradition and excellence

Chateau Graves d'Arthus

A family estate (Corbiere) in the south of Saint-Emilion, on the Dartus terroir. Old vines 40 to 100 years old, Merlot and Cabernets. Manual harvesting, HVE in progress, no weedkiller. Cuvees Graves d'Arthus and Cuvee du Bonheur.

The Corbiere estate, located in the south of Saint-Emilion, is run by Dominique Corbiere, who partnered with his father Jean Corbiere in 1989 to form a GAEC (a joint farming group). Since 2016, the estate has been run by Dominique and his wife, thus carrying on a family tradition of high-quality winemaking.

The Dartus terroir, where the vineyard lies, benefits from a varied texture ranging from sandy to gravelly and silty. This unique soil allows the vine to flourish, giving wines of great finesse and framed structure.
