A know-how passed on with love. Patrick Gonzales, a chef and hotelier-restaurateur for more than thirty years, has always cultivated a deep passion for flavours and fine produce. In 2002, with his wife Marie-Christine, he decided to return to his roots by taking over the family estate of Château Gessan, with the ambition of restoring all its brilliance to this emblematic Saint-Émilion property.
