An estate committed to organic and sustainable viticulture
Château du Payre farms 35 hectares of vines in the beautiful rolling region of the Entre-Deux-Mers. Its clay-gravel, sandy and silty soils offer a remarkable diversity, at the origin of expressive, elegant and generous red and white wines. Committed since 2008 to Terra Vitis certification, the property continued its ecological transition with HVE3 certification, then HVE4 in 2023, before obtaining Organic Agriculture certification. Each cuvee embodies this deep commitment to a respectful viticulture, based on biodiversity, natural fertilisation and mechanical soil work.
