At Chateau du Grand Jas, wine is a matter of family, time and sun. Set in the heart of the Var, this family wine estate has been handed down without interruption since 1896. Today, it is the fifth generation that watches over this Provencal vineyard, with the same demand and the same love of the terroir.

Olivier Forni, a winemaker of passion and emotion
At the head of the estate, Olivier Forni embodies a new generation of Provencal winemakers, both deeply rooted in tradition and resolutely turned towards precision and modernity. At just 40, he already has more than 25 vintages to his name, a rare experience reflected in the purity, balance and elegance of his wines.
Creator of the Rose by Olivier range, he signs identity-driven roses, luminous and perfectly controlled, designed for pleasure but never left to chance.

An exceptional terroir in AOP Côtes de Provence
The vines of Chateau du Grand Jas are planted on one of the finest wine terroirs of the Var, benefiting from an ideal Mediterranean climate: generous sunshine, cool nights and soils perfectly suited to the expression of the great Provence roses. The vineyard is managed rigorously and with commitment, with an HVE certification (High Environmental Value), guaranteeing a viticulture respectful of the environment and biodiversity.
Rosé by Olivier, the signature of a great Provence rosé
Conceived as a high-end rose of pleasure, Rose by Olivier seduces at first sight with its rose-petal colour, obtained through a perfectly controlled cold maceration and a demanding set of specifications. Grapes Cinsault and Grenache, 100% maceration juice, aged on fine lees for 3 months.
The nose is delicate and elegant, marked by notes of white flowers and fresh fruits. The palate is balanced and silky, with lovely nuances of vineyard peach and white-fleshed fruits. The finish is generous, luminous and resolutely sunny, for a fresh, expressive rose, ideal with fish, white meats or world cuisines.
