Olivier Forni, a winemaker driven by passion and emotion

At the helm of the estate, Olivier Forni represents a new generation of Provençal winemakers: deeply rooted in tradition, yet fully focused on precision and modernity. At just 40 years old, he already counts more than 25 vintages to his name, a rare level of experience reflected in the purity, balance, and elegance of his wines.

Creator of the “Rosé by Olivier” range, he crafts distinctive, luminous, and carefully controlled rosés, designed for pleasure but never left to chance.

The vineyards of Château du Grand Jas are planted on one of the finest winegrowing terroirs in the Var, benefiting from an ideal Mediterranean climate: generous sunshine, cool nights, and soils perfectly suited to the expression of Provence rosés.

Vineyard management is rigorous and committed, supported by HVE (High Environmental Value) certification, ensuring environmentally responsible viticulture and respect for biodiversity.

Designed as a premium pleasure rosé, Rosé by Olivier immediately captivates with its pale petal-pink color, achieved through perfectly mastered cold maceration and a demanding production approach.

The nose is delicate and elegant, marked by white flowers and fresh fruit. The palate is balanced and silky, with beautiful notes of vineyard peach and white-fleshed fruits. The finish is generous, bright, and unmistakably sun-kissed.
