Just a few kilometers from Saint-Émilion, Château de Môle stretches across a well-drained clay-limestone plateau. The south / south-east exposure and the dry, bright microclimate allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness, giving the wines depth, balance and elegance. This terroir, typical of the Right Bank, produces cuvées where fruit, structure and finesse are expressed with precision.

Seven Generations of History and Heritage

The family adventure began in the 18th century. Since then, seven generations have succeeded one another in preserving the identity of the estate. Since 2006, the Auger family has continued this heritage, combining traditional methods with modern tools, while respecting the soil, the vine and time. Every gesture is precise, controlled, and always guided by the pursuit of expressive, elegant and sincere wines.

Viticulture and Winemaking: Respect for the Grape, Precision in Every Step

The vineyard is cultivated through a sustainable approach, where each intervention supports the vine without ever forcing it. In the winery, vinification is carried out with modern equipment to preserve fruit purity and aromatic freshness. Aging is done either in tanks or in barrels, depending on the desired profile, in order to reveal the personality of each vintage.

• Château Roc Saint-Jacques 2021: a generous and charming wine with intense fruit, ideal for immediate enjoyment.
• Château de Môle 2015: a structured and deep cuvée, marked by maturity, balance and length on the palate.
• Château Croix de Justice 2012: an excellent wine for cellaring, with silky tannins and pronounced aromatic complexity.
