The south / south-east exposure and the dry, luminous microclimate allow the grapes to reach an optimal ripeness, giving the wines depth, balance and elegance.

Seven generations of history and transmission
The family adventure takes root in the 18th century. Since then, seven generations have succeeded one another to preserve the identity of the estate. Since 2006, the Auger family carries on the heritage by combining traditional methods and modern tools, respecting the soil, the vine and time. The gesture is precise, controlled, and always guided by the search for expressive, elegant and sincere wines.
Viticulture and winemaking: respect for the grape, precision of the gesture
The vineyard is managed in a reasoned approach, where each intervention aims to accompany the vine without ever rushing it. In the cellar, the winemaking is carried out in modern equipment to preserve the fruit and the purity of the aromas. The ageing then takes place in vat or in barrel according to the desired profile, in order to reveal the personality of the vintage.
