Since 1891, Champagne Xavier Loriot has carried on a family legacy passed down through five generations. Located in Binson-Orquigny, in the heart of the Marne Valley, our house crafts terroir-driven champagnes from 10.5 hectares of south-facing vineyards cultivated using sustainable viticulture. Our status as an independent winemaker ensures full control from vine to bottle.

A Privileged Terroir for Distinctive Cuvées

Our vineyard plots, located in Binson-Orquigny, Villers-sous-Châtillon, and Reuil, are rooted in clay-limestone soils. Pinot Meunier, the signature grape of our estate, lies at the heart of our identity. It is fully expressed in our flagship cuvées such as Meunier Intégral Brut and Rosé Meunier Intégral, which reveal power, roundness, and elegance.

We also craft unique cuvées like Vieilles Vignes Brut, made from old 100% Meunier vines, and Fragment Brut, a subtle blend of Meunier and Pinot Noir. Our Rosé de Saignée, naturally macerated, seduces with its vibrant red fruit aromas.

From George Jobert to Charlène Loriot, each generation has helped shape the soul of the estate. Today, Charlène works alongside her father Xavier to create refined champagnes, such as the Millésime, crafted in exceptional years, and the 100S Extra-Brut, a pure and vibrant champagne for lovers of authenticity.

Innovation and Respect for Nature

Committed to sustainability, we reduce chemical treatments, replant vines one by one, and recycle vine shoots back into the soil. This philosophy is reflected in innovative cuvées like 100S – Sans Sulfites Ajoutés, a natural wine made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that highlights spice and freshness.

Our 1200 hL stainless steel winery, high-precision pneumatic press, and meticulous vinification preserve fruit integrity. This is evident in Hypnotic Brut, a harmonious blend of the three Champagne grapes, and Insaisissable Brut, a pure Chardonnay with elegant minerality.
