Located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, Maison de Champagne Oudéa passionately cultivates 5 hectares of vineyards exclusively planted in Premier Cru villages: Billy-le-Grand, Bisseuil, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Aÿ, and Dizy. These exceptional terroirs, with chalky soils and ideal exposures, offer the vines a perfect balance between freshness and ripeness. The vineyard is composed of 60% Chardonnay, for finesse and vibrancy, and 40% Pinot Noir, which brings structure and depth.

Each plot is carefully tended to reveal the purest expression of the Champagne terroir. This meticulous attention, combined with know-how passed down through generations, gives each cuvée the seal of excellence.
