He carried on the family legacy and, with his daughter Claudie, began a new chapter in their winemaking story.

The arrival of Laurent Guilbaud marked a turning point: the creation of a Champagne brand uniting two families and two crafts. Out of respect for their elders, the name Moyat-Jaury Guilbaud naturally emerged — symbolizing the union between vineyard heritage (Moyat-Jaury) and Champagne artistry (Guilbaud).

Since the late 1990s, Claudie and Laurent Guilbaud have modernized the estate while maintaining respect for nature and tradition.
