Champagne Christiane Guillaumée - excellence, finesse and elegance from the Côte des Bar
Champagne Christiane Guillaumée
A family estate in the Cote des Bar (Aube), southern Champagne. An independent winegrower, hand harvesting, clay-limestone soils. Five cuvees, from the Brut to the Ratafia de Champagne.
A family estate in the heart of the Cote des Bar. In the southern part of the Champagne appellation, within the Aube department, the Christiane Guillaumee estate flourishes on the sunlit hillsides of the Cote des Bar, a terroir celebrated for its clay-limestone soils and refreshing climate.
Here, nature's demanding conditions shape grapes of remarkable quality. Low yields and temperature variations encourage slow ripening, key to crafting Champagnes of great aromatic finesse and rare elegance.

The passion of an independent winemaker
A passionate winegrower, Christiane Guillaumee tends to her vines with precision and devotion throughout the year. Each vine is cared for with deep respect for nature and the rhythm of the seasons. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, ensuring the integrity of the grapes and the purity of the must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, combining tradition and innovation to preserve the authentic expression of the fruit and terroir.
After several years of cellar aging, the house's Champagnes reach full maturity, unveiling a balanced aromatic profile where freshness, roundness, and delicacy unite in perfect harmony.
