An Exceptional Terroir in the Côte des Bar

Located in Balnot-sur-Laignes, in the southern part of Champagne, the Gremillet estate covers 48 hectares of vineyards planted on the limestone slopes of the Côte des Bar. Here, Pinot Noir (85%) reveals its power and fruit, while Chardonnay, sourced from prestigious terroirs such as Montgueux and Cramant, adds freshness and finesse. This blend defines the Gremillet style: balance, delicacy, and aromatic intensity.

Authentic and Precise Winemaking

From harvest to flute, every detail matters. Only the first pressing, the “cuvée,” is kept to ensure purity and tension. Slow fermentations, meticulous blending, and extended aging in cellars give rise to expressive, harmonious, and consistent Champagnes. Certified HVE Level 3 and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne, the estate actively protects its environment: Zero herbicides and natural grass cover between the vines; Beehives and hedgerows planted to promote biodiversity; 600 truffle oaks planted to enrich the soils; Solar energy from over 1,200 m² of photovoltaic panels; Recycling and circular economy initiatives — natural corks, lighter packaging, and marc recovery.
