Certified and Award-Winning Champagne Estate
Located south of the Côte des Blancs, on the edge of the Saint Gond marshes in the Petit Morin valley, the Chéré family estate has been producing exceptional Champagne for generations. With a legacy of winemaking passed down from father to son since the late 19th century, the Chéré family has always prioritized quality, tradition, and environmental responsibility. The estate spans six hectares of vineyards, dedicated to winemaking since the 1980s by Etienne Chéré.
Today, his two sons continue the tradition, expertly cultivating the three key Champagne grape varieties to craft wines that capture the essence of their terroir. The standout cuvée, "Cuvée Marie," is named in honor of David and Damien's sister and reflects the family's dedication to creating elegant and refined Champagne. As independent winemakers, we produce our Champagnes exclusively from estate-grown grapes, benefiting from a terroir that offers ideal conditions for optimal vine maturity. The result is a collection of elegant, enticing cuvées.
Regularly awarded by the prestigious Hachette Wine Guide, our Champagnes have earned a reputation in the wine world and are featured at the finest dining establishments and available through our network of trusted wine merchants.
