The story begins in 1932, when Carole Perseval's grandparents planted and grafted their first vines. A family adventure passed down from generation to generation. After her grandparents then her parents, Carole Perseval today takes up the torch with a strong conviction: to produce characterful Champagnes, faithful to their terroir, consistent in quality and sincere in expression. Here, no race for volumes: each cuvee is the fruit of thoughtful choices, between considered viticulture, precise vinifications, respect for the identity of each parcel and a constant search for balance and finesse.
